应用微信公众号开展艾滋病健康教育的效果评价

【摘要】 目的 评价微信公众号在艾滋病健康教育中的效果,为有效利用微信公众号开展艾滋病宣传提供依据。方法 收集“张店防艾”微信公众号2021年、2023年对用户进行的艾滋病答题活动相关数据,用SPSS 25.0统计软件分析答题情况,比较答题正确率以评价宣传效果。结果 与2021年比较,2023年答题平均分提高(t=19.16,P<0.001),0~19分人次数占比降低,40~59和80~100分数段人数占比提高(χ~2=733.53,P<0.05);艾滋病各相关知识类型正确率均提高,总体正确率从73.22%提高到78.48%(χ~2=603.89,P<0.05),49道艾滋病防治知识答题中有14道正确率提高(P均<0.05)。结论 通过微信公众号开展艾滋病防治知识健康教育,可显著提高用户艾滋病防治相关知识的知晓率。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of WeChat public account on HIV/AIDS health education, so as to provide the basis for the effective use of WeChat public account to carry out HIV/AIDS publicity. Methods The data from the “Zhangdian HIV/AIDS Prevention” WeChat official account’s HIV/AIDS quiz activities for users in 2021 and 2023 were collected, and analyzed using SPSS 25.0,and the accuracy rates were compared to evaluate the effectiveness of the publicity efforts. Results Compared to the year 2021,there was a significant increase in the average scores in 2023(t=19.16,P<0.001).The proportion of participants scoring 0-19 decreased significantly, while there was a notable rise in the proportions of participants scoring 40-59 and 80-100(χ~2=733.53,P<0.05).The awareness rate for various types of AIDS-related knowledge has improved across the board, with the overall correct rate increasing from 73.22% to 78.48%(χ~2=603.89,P<0.05).Out of 49 questions on AIDS-related knowledge, 14 questions showed a notably higher correct rate, indicating statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education on HIV/AIDS knowledge conducted through the WeChat official account can significantly enhance the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among users.
