【摘要】 目的:系统探讨国内外居民数字健康素养的影响因素，为进一步提升居民数字健康素养提供参考依据。方法:选取符合标准的数字健康素养相关中英文文献进行meta分析，探究居民数字健康素养影响因素及其影响程度，进一步分析国内外研究情境和健康状况在其他影响因素与居民数字健康素养间的调节效应。结果:共检索到3278篇文献，其中32篇纳入本研究；年龄、文化程度、社会支持等17个因素与居民数字健康素养相关(r>0.1);国内外研究情境在年龄和文化程度与数字健康素养间有显著的调节作用(P<0.05);健康状况在计算机素养和家庭结构与数字健康素养间有显著调节作用(P<0.05)。结论:居民数字健康素养受计算机素养、文化程度、健康信息搜索频率等因素影响，国内外研究情境和健康状况在居民数字健康素养及其影响因素间起调节作用。未来应针对不同社会人口学特征和健康需求的人群进行精准干预，提高居民数字健康素养，转变居民健康意识，进一步实现全民健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To systematically investigate the factors influencing digital health literacy among residents domestically and internationally, providing scientific evidence for improving digital health literacy. Methods: A meta-analysis was conducted on eligible Chinese and English studies related to digital health literacy to explore the influencing factors and their magnitude. Moderating effects of study region(domestic vs international) and health status on the relationship between influencing factors and digital health literacy were analyzed. Results: A total of 3278 articles were retrieved, of which 32 met the inclusion criteria. Seventeen factors, including age, education level, and social support, were significantly correlated with digital health literacy(r>0.1). Study region(domestic vs international) significantly moderated the relationship between age, education, and digital health literacy(P<0.05). Health status significantly moderated the relationship between computer literacy, family structure, and digital health literacy(P<0.05). Conclusion: Residents’ digital health literacy is influenced by multiple factors such as computer literacy, education level, and frequency of health information searches. Study region(domestic vs international) and health status significantly moderated the relationships between these factors and digital health literacy. Future efforts should focus on targeted interventions for different demographic groups and health needs, aiming to improve digital health literacy, enhance health awareness, and contribute to the goal of universal health.更多还原
