【摘要】 目的 了解乌鲁木齐市2017—2021年居民高血压管理情况，分析高血压管理趋势，为有效开展高血压管理提供科学依据。方法 收集2017—2021年乌鲁木齐市高血压健康管理数据，用SPSS 26.0软件对居民高血压各项管理率进行统计分析，计数资料率的比较采用χ²检验，率的分析采用趋势χ²检验，利用灰色预测模型（grey prediction model, GM）（1,1）拟合、预测建档率和健康管理率。结果 2017—2021年乌鲁木齐市不同区域居民的高血压建档率(χ²_全市趋势=37 747.9,χ²_城市趋势=34 668.1,χ²_农村趋势=3 138.6;P<0.001)和健康管理率(χ²_全市趋势=29 832.9,χ²_城市趋势=25 825.7,χ²_农村趋势3 879.3;P<0.001)整体呈上升趋势，规范管理率(χ²_全市趋势=2 866.4,χ²_城市趋势=2 490.9,χ²_农村趋势=453.4;P<0.001)和血压控制率达标率(χ²_全市趋势=269.9,χ²_城市趋势=216.8,χ²_农村趋势=86.5;P<0.001)呈下降趋势。农村高血压建档率、健康管理率、规范管理率和血压控制达标率均高于城市，差异有统计学意义（χ²=578.0,χ²=4 336.9,χ²=4 587.2,χ²=6 923.7;P<0.001）。由GM（1,1）预测可知乌鲁木齐市高血压建档率和健康管理率在2022年分别达到58.21%和48.87%。结论 2017—2021年乌鲁木齐市高血压建档率和健康管理率总体呈上升趋势，规范管理率和血压控制率呈下降趋势，应加大工作力度，有效提升管理效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the hypertension management among residents of Urumqi City from 2017 to 2021,to analyze thet rend of hypertension management,and to provide a scientific basis for effective hypertension management.Methods The da taof hypertension health management in Urumqi City from 2017 to 2021 were collected,and the statistical analysis of each rate ofhypertension management among residents was carried out using SPSS 26. 0 software.
