一种新型光缆双护一次成型生产工艺

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种新型的光缆双护套一次成型生产工艺。双护套一次成型工艺相比于传统方法,将两条生产线合并,通过两套护套设备同时工作做到一次成型,不需要类似传统方法需要重复一次护套的步骤对半成品进行二次护套,解决了传统方法半成品运输困难和占用库位的周转难题,不仅可节省空间,还能节省大量人力,并且无需计划安排还可节省工时。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new fiber optic cable double sheath forming process. Double sheath a molding process compared with the traditional method, the merger of two production lines, through two sets of sheath equipment work at the same time do a molding, don’t need to be similar to the traditional methods need to be repeated a sheath steps to second sheath of semi-finished products, to solve the traditional method of semifinished products transportation difficulties and take up the turnover of location problem, not only can save a space, can save a lot of manpower, And the lack of scheduling saves time.
