【摘要】 人才振兴是乡村振兴的基础，职业教育在乡村人才振兴中发挥着不可替代的作用。烟台职业学院充分发挥接近农村经济发展一线的地缘优势、学生大多来自农村的生源优势，以及与农村经济发展所需人才类型形成良好对接的人才培养结构优势，依托学校近20个高水平的二三产业专业群和遍布烟台市的开放教育和社区教育网络，从党的乡村人才思想、乡村人才振兴与职业教育的逻辑机理、主要内容、实施路径等方面进行研究和实践探索，形成了学校乡村振兴人才“育训结合”培养模式，取得了一系列的研究和实践成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talent revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization, and vocational education plays an irreplaceable role in this endeavor. Leveraging its unique geographical proximity to rural economic development, the majority of its students originating from rural areas, and its talent cultivation structure that well aligns with the types of talents required by rural economic development, Yantai Vocational College has embarked on a research and practice exploration based on the Party’s ideology towards rural talent, the logical mechanism, main content, and implementation pathways of rural talent revitalization and vocational education.
