胡陵静自拟健脾抑瘤汤治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗后临证经验

【摘要】 非霍奇金淋巴瘤是血液系统的常见恶性肿瘤之一,化疗是其常用治疗方法。从病因病机、临证经验、验案举隅等方面,介绍重庆市名中医胡陵静教授以自拟健脾抑瘤汤治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗后的临证经验。胡陵静教授认为,非霍奇金淋巴瘤多以脏腑虚损、痰瘀互结为病因病机,化疗药物药性峻猛,易伤脾胃,致脾胃亏损,湿邪内生,因此非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗后以脾虚湿滞为主要病机,以健脾祛湿为基本治法。胡陵静教授以自拟健脾抑瘤汤治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗后,益气健脾以扶正,祛湿抗癌以祛邪,标本兼治,临床疗效颇佳。附验案一则,以资佐证。

【Abstract】 Non-hodgkin’s lymphoma is one of the most common malignancies of the blood system, and chemotherapy is the most common treatment for it.This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor Hu Lingjing, a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Chongqing, in treating non-Hodgkin lymphoma with Jianpi Yiliu Decoction after chemotherapy from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical experience and medical case.Professor Hu Lingjing believes that non-Hodgkin lymphoma is mostly caused by Zang-Fu deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis each other as the cause and pathogenesis, and chemotherapy drugs are severe and easy to damage the spleen and stomach, resulting in spleen and stomach loss and endogenous dampness.Therefore, spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation are the main pathogenesis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma after chemotherapy, and the basic treatment is to strengthen spleen and remove dampness.After the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma chemotherapy, Professor Hu made Jianpi Yiliu Decoction, supplementing Qi and strengthening spleen, dispelling dampness and anticancer, treating both symptoms and root causes, has a good clinical effect.attached one case for evidence.
