【摘要】 黑膏药是中国传统剂型之一，属中医外治范畴，历史悠久，疗效确切，现多用于经皮渗透释放、穴位贴敷等治疗。长期以来，黑膏药逐渐改进为工艺成熟、安全性较高的一种剂型。通过整理古籍文献，采用文献研究及计量学方法，追溯黑膏药演变历史及工艺考究，取古精华，传承创新，为其制剂开发及临床应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Black plaster is one of the traditional Chinese dosage forms, which belongs to the category of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, with a long history and precise curative effect.It is widely used for percutaneous osmotic release, acupoint application, and other treatments in modern society.Black plaster has been gradually developed into a stable dosage form with mature technology and high safety over the past thousand years.By collating ancient documents, literature research, and metrology methods were applied to trace the evolution history, and technology of black plaster.Taking ancient essence and inheriting innovation would provide a theoretical basis for its formulation development and clinical application.更多还原
