【Abstract】 Steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral head(SONFH) is a common disease in orthopedics, SONFH is one of the key and difficult diseases in orthopedics due to its high incidence and low prognosis.Bushen Huoxue Capsule, created by Professor Li Gang of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine, has made certain achievements in the clinical practice of treating steroid-induced femur head necrosis, and has been verified by clinical efficacy and molecular mechanism studies.Therefore, this article analyzed the prescription of Bushen Huoxue capsule in the treatment of steroid-induced femur head necrosis from the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the modern pharmacology of active components and the study of molecular mechanism.更多还原
