【摘要】 目的:应用古今医案云平台软件(V2.3.5)分析青光眼视神经保护用药规律。方法:检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang)、维普数据库(VIP)中已公开发表的青光眼相关研究文献。提取数据并建立处方数据库，采用古今医案云平台软件(V2.3.5)分析数据。结果:(1)一般情况：最终纳入文献70篇，包含方剂70个，涉及中药134味、中医证候15个。四气以平性药最多(24.78%),五味以甘味药最多(59.09%),归经以肝经用药最多(59.21%)。(2)使用频次：频次≥20次的中药中排名前5味的分别为茯苓、当归、川芎、白术和柴胡。(3)中医证候：排在前5位的分别为肝肾阴虚证、肝郁气滞证、气虚血瘀证、肝肾亏虚证、气阴两虚证。(4)中药配伍关联分析：相关度排在前5位的分别为当归-茯苓、川芎-当归、白术-茯苓、白术-当归、柴胡-茯苓。(5)聚类分析：药对与方剂共5类，其功效分别为补血活血、疏肝利水、补气、补益肝肾、活血利水。(6)复杂网络分析：核心处方为丹栀逍遥散加减。结论:临床对于青光眼辨证施方应疏肝与活血利水并重，用药当以主入肝经的性平味甘类中药为佳，临证中应活用核心药物，注重组方君臣佐使配伍，达到保护视神经的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the medication pattern of optic nerve protection in glaucoma by applying the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform software(V2.3.5).Methods:Glaucoma-related research literature published in the China Knowledge Network database(CNKI),Wanfang database(WanFang),and VIP database(VIP) database were retrieved.The data were extracted, and a prescription database was established, and the data were analyzed using the Ancient Medical Case Cloud Platform software(V2.3.5).Results:(1)General: 70 articles containing 70 prescriptions involving 134 Chinese herbs and 15 TCM symptoms were finally included in the literature.The four qi were most frequently used by ping(24.78%),the five flavors were most frequently used by sweet(59.09%),and the liver meridian was most frequently used by the liver meridian(59.21%).(2)Frequency of use: The top 5 herbs with frequency≥20 times were Fuling, Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong, Atractylodes macrocephala and Chaihu.(3)TCM symptoms: the top 5 were liver and kidney yin deficiency, liver depression and Qi stagnation, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, liver and kidney deficiency, and Qi and Yin deficiency, respectively.(4)Analysis of the correlation between Chinese herbal medicine pairings: the top 5 correlations were Angelica-Fuling; Chuanxiong-Angelica; Baizhu-fuling; Baizhu-Angelica and Chaihu-Fuling.(5)Cluster analysis: There are 5 categories of drug pairs and formulas, whose effects are tonifying the blood and invigorating the blood, draining the liver and promoting diuresis, tonifying the Qi, tonifying the liver and kidney, and invigorating the blood and promoting diuresis.(6)Complex network analysis: the core prescription Danzhi Xiaoyao powder plus or minus.Conclusion:The clinical prescriptions for glaucoma should give equal importance to dredging the liver and invigorating the blood to promote diuresis, and the drugs used should be those with a flat nature and sweet taste that mainly enter the liver meridian, and the core drugs should be used in the clinical evidence, and the combination of the ruler and minister should be emphasized to achieve the purpose of protecting the optic nerve.更多还原
