基于碳排放量的铁路综合客运枢纽城市功能开发研究

【摘要】 作为高能耗交通基础设施项目,铁路综合客运枢纽在规划运营过程中践行低碳减排理念是对我国长期战略“碳达峰与碳中和”双碳目标的积极响应,减少枢纽运营阶段产生的碳排放量则是在这过程中效果较为显著的途径。本文分别从交通碳排放、建筑碳排放和其他碳排放途径对铁路综合客运枢纽的碳排放来源进行分析,结合枢纽的城市功能模式特点,得出铁路综合客运枢纽运营阶段的建筑碳排放量与城市功能开发关系最为密切的结论,并由此制定碳排放量的测算方法。构建以枢纽碳排放量最小化为目标的数学模型,并通过实例验证模型合理可行,为我国铁路综合客运枢纽未来的建设规划及进一步改造提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 As a high-energy consumption transportation infrastructure project, the practice of low-carbon emission reduction concept in the planning and operation process of integrated passenger transport hub in railway is a positive response to China’s long-term strategy of the double carbon target of "carbon peak and carbon neutral", and reducing the carbon emissions generated in the operation stage of the hub is a major way to have a significant effect in this process. This paper analyzed the carbon emission sources of integrated passenger transport hub in railway from the traffic carbon emission, building carbon emission and other carbon emission ways, combining with the characteristics of the urban function mode of the hub, we drew the conclusion that the carbon emission of the building was most closely related to the urban function development of integrated passenger transport hub in railway and we formulated the calculation method of carbon emission.The mathematical model with the goal of minimizing the carbon emission of the hub was constructed, and we proved that the model is reasonable and feasible through examples. It can provide reference for the future construction planning and further transformation of the integrated passenger transport hub in railway in China.
