地铁电力及防灾环控调度员胜任力模型构建

【摘要】 为探究电力及防灾环控调度员的胜任力,本文结合各行业人员胜任力模型研究现状,分析当前调度员胜任力研究中存在的问题,提出利用O*Net工作分析问卷对北京地铁运营有限公司电力及防灾环控调度员的胜任力开展调查。通过数据统计和分析,建立了电力及防灾环控调度员胜任力模型,包含24项基础性胜任力和6项鉴别性胜任力。研究结果可以为电力及防灾环控调度员任职资格管理、调度员培训、能力评价等工作提供一定的理论参考。

【Abstract】 To explore the competency of electricity and disaster prevention and control dispatchers, this article combines the research status of personnel competency models in various industries to analyze the existing problems in current research on the competency of dispatchers. We propose to use the O*Net Work Analysis Questionnaire to conduct a survey on the competency of power and disaster prevention and control dispatchers of Beijing Subway Operations Co., Ltd. Through data collection and analysis, a competency model for power and disaster prevention and control dispatchers will be established, including 24 basic competencies and 6 differentiating competencies. The research results can provide theoretical references for the qualification management of power and disaster prevention and control dispatchers, dispatcher training, and competence evaluation.
