【摘要】 为研究个性特征如何影响驾驶员驾驶行为安全过程，个性特征采用卡特尔人格因素问卷的忧虑性、稳定性、世故性、乐群性及有恒性等人格特质，以普遍道路驾驶员为调查对象，分析驾驶员的个性心理特征是如何影响驾驶员的行为安全的，并利用结构方程模型(SEM)进一步分析。研究结果表明:驾驶员忧虑性、稳定性、世故性、乐群性及有恒对行为安全影响的路径系数分别为-0.278、0.163、0.152、0.140和0.242，即驾驶中个性特征对驾驶员的驾驶行为安全过程有直接的显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study how personality traits affect drivers’ behavioral safety process, personality traits such as depression, imagination, emotion, cheerfulness and persistence were adopted in the Cattell 16 personality Factors Scale(16PF). The average highway driver was taken as the survey object to analyze how drivers’ personality and psychological characteristics affect drivers’ behavioral safety. The results were verified by structural equation model(SEM). The results show that the path coefficients of driver depression,imagination, emotion, agreeableness and persistence on behavioral safety are-0.278, 0.163, 0.152, 0.140 and 0.242, respectively. In other words, personality characteristics in driving have a direct and significant impact on the driver’s behavioral safety process.更多还原
