重庆市低空交通发展形势与对策

【摘要】 电动垂直起降航空器(eVTOL)技术快速进步,为低空交通发展带来了新的契机。为深入研究低空交通发展形势,本文以国内外低空交通、低空交通网络研究现状为切入点,选取重庆市作为低空交通研究样本,通过统计重庆低空交通总量规模及其构成、低空交通服务的主要航空领域以及2018-2020年重庆市起降点累计飞行架次等相关数据,分析重庆低空交通发展现状及重庆交通布局特征。同时结合重庆低空交通运输发展实际,从提升通达能力、构建低空交通网络、优化低空交通网络布局、推进基础建设等方面提出相关对策建议,为低空交通发展提供可用的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Electric vertical takeoff and landing aviation technology has made rapid progress, and at the same time has brought new opportunities for the development of low-altitude traffic. In order to further study the development situation of low-altitude traffic, this paper takes the research status of low-altitude traffic and lowaltitude traffic network at home and abroad as the entry point, selects Chongqing as the sample of low-altitude traffic research, and makes statistics on the total volume and composition of low-altitude traffic in Chongqing,the main aviation fields served by low-altitude traffic, and the accumulated flight sorties of landing points in Chongqing during 2018-2020. The development status of low altitude traffic in Chongqing and the characteristics of Chongqing traffic layout are analyzed. Based on the actual development of low-altitude traffic in Chongqing,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving accessibility,constructing low-altitude traffic network, optimizing the layout of low-altitude traffic network and promoting infrastructure construction, so as to provide useful reference value for the development of low-altitude traffic.
