【摘要】 数字经济是助推黄河流域高质量发展的核心动力。目前，黄河流域数字经济发展水平稳步提升，但各省区间数字经济发展水平存在两极分化趋势；流域内数字经济发展水平差异呈现不断缩小趋势，上下游地区间数字经济发展水平差异较大，而上中游、中下游地区间差异相对较小，总体差异产生主要由地区间差异导致；数字经济发展水平呈现多极分化现象，绝对差异在不断扩大。因此，要提升数字经济竞争力、缩小地区间数字经济发展“鸿沟”,以此做强做优做大黄河流域数字经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital economy is the core driving force to boost the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. The level of digital economy development in the Yellow River Basin has steadily increased but there is a trend of bi-level differentiation in the level of digital economy development between provinces; the differences in the level of digital economy development within the basin show a shrinking trend, and the difference in the level of digital economy development between upstream and downstream regions is large, while the difference between the upstream, midstream, and middle and lower reaches of the region is relatively small, and the overall difference is mainly due to the inter-regional differences; the level of digital economy development shows a multi-level differentiation. The level of digital economy development shows the phenomenon of multilevel differentiation, and the absolute difference is expanding. Based on the above conclusions, countermeasures are proposed to enhance the competitiveness of the digital economy and narrow the “gap” in the development of the digital economy among regions, so as to strengthen, optimize and expand the digital economy of the Yellow River Basin.更多还原
