生物分离工程实验教学改革与探索

【摘要】 “生物分离工程”理论和实验课程是生物工程学科必不可少的一门主干课程,对于提高学生分析和解决实践问题的能力具有重要作用。以现阶段实验教学潜在的弊端为切入点,结合新工科教育大背景,从教学方式、教学内容、考核方式等三方面对生物分离工程实验教学进行探索与改革,切实提高学生的动手能力与创新能力,提升学生对专业的从业认同感及自信心,促进实验教学的进一步提高和完善,满足新时代高等教育人才培养的需要。

【Abstract】 The theoretical and experimental course of biological separation engineering is a very important backbone course in the discipline of biological engineering, which plays an important role in improving the ability of the student for analyzing and solving practical problems. In the new engineering education background, based on the potential drawbacks of experimental teaching at present stage, the exploration and reform of the experimental teaching of biological separation engineering were carried out from teaching mode, teaching content and course assessment methods. With these reforms, the practical ability and innovation ability of students were improved effectively, and the professional identity and self-confidence were enhanced. Several reforms promote the further improvement and improvement of experimental teaching, which meet the needs of higher education personnel training in the new era.
