正溴丁烷微量合成实验的优化设计与实践

【摘要】 正溴丁烷的合成是一个具有代表性的卤代烃合成实验,将该实验微量化顺应了有机化学实验绿色、安全、环保的发展趋势。针对正溴丁烷半微量和微量合成法存在的实际问题,从试剂用量、仪器选用、反应条件、分离提纯等方面对半微量和微量合成法进行了系统设计和优化,优化后的实验方案具有科学合理、简单易行、成功率高等特点,减少了对环境的污染,增强了师生安全与环保意识,遵循了降低风险理念,更适用于本科有机化学实验课堂教学。

【Abstract】 The synthesis of 1-bromobutane is a representative haloalkane synthesis experiment. The trace of this experiment conforms to the development trend of green, safe and environmental protection in organic chemistry experiments. Some practical problems existed in the semi-microscale and microscale synthesis of 1-bromobutane were considered. The system design and optimization of semi-microscale and microscale synthesis methods were carried out from the aspects of reagent dosage, instrument selection, reaction conditions, separation and purification. The optimized experimental method has the characteristics of scientific, reasonable, simple, feasible and high success rate, which reduces the pollution to the environment, enhances the awareness of safety and environmental protection of teachers and students, and follows the concept of risk reduction, and which can be used for undergraduate organic chemistry experiment classroom teaching.
