【Abstract】 Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has caused a global pandemic with significant social losses and medical burden due to its high transmissibility, high morbidity and mortality rates, which has caused widespread concern. Several articles have analyzed the clinical characteristics of patients with COVID-19infection and found that their poor prognosis is closely related to the presence of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity. Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA) is one of the most common sleep apnea disorders and is also very closely related to these chronic diseases. At the same time,OSA has a high prevalence in patients with severe COVID-19 infection and several studies have confirmed the adverse effect of OSA on the prognosis of patients with COVID-19 infection. This review focused on the interrelationship between OSA and COVID-19 and the impact on the management of OSA in an epidemic situation.
