有色冶金清洁生产技术发展态势

【摘要】 有色金属作为国家经济发展、国防军工建设及高技术新兴产业发展的重要物质基石,对提升我国整体实力和保障国家安全具有举足轻重的战略意义,是不可或缺的关键性战略资源。然而,我国有色金属行业正遭遇资源、能源及环境多方面挑战,已经成为制约有色金属冶金绿色发展的主要瓶颈。清洁冶金是创新有色金属冶金发展的模式,采用清洁的能源、资源进行“无废”的全生命周期生产,是有色金属冶金绿色发展的重大战略。本文系统分析了有色金属冶金发展现状、绿色发展成效,全面梳理了清洁冶金对缓解资源、能源和环境问题的重要意义,提出了有色金属清洁冶金发展路径,详细阐述了资源替代、能源替代和全生命周期下的有色金属清洁生产技术发展态势,并展望了未来有色金属清洁生产的发展方向与前景。

【Abstract】 Non-ferrous metals have become an important material basis for the development of state economy, science and technology and national defense construction, as well as a key strategic resource for improving comprehensive national power and safeguarding national security.Cleaner metallurgy is an innovative development mode of nonferrous metallurgy by using cleaner energy and resources to carry out the full life circle zero-waste production, and the important strategy for the green development of nonferrous metallurgy.The development status, achievements of green development and the major problem of nonferrous metallurgy have been comprehensively analyzed.The strategic thoughts of cleaner metallurgy and green metallurgy have been put forward.The significance of cleaner metallurgy to alleviate the problems of resources, energy and environment was summarized.Cleaner production technology of resource substitution, energy substitution and in the full life circle were elaborated.Finally, the future development of cleaner production in non-ferrous metal industry is prospected.
