【摘要】 目的 调查云南省男性足月新生儿阴茎长度95%的正常值范围，制定云南省男性足月新生儿SPL参考范围。方法 分别选择昆明市、蒙自市、普洱市、临沧市及西双版纳州共220例足月新生儿作为研究对象，在非勃起时测量阴茎长度，采用直尺测量阴茎上方的耻骨联合处到阴茎头顶部的长度，将数据录入SPSS17.0进行各胎龄段阴茎长度的描述分析，确定各胎龄新生儿阴茎长度的均数。结果 云南省足月新生儿阴茎长度为2.14±0.37cm, 95%可信区间为(2.09～2.19)cm。37周为1.80～3.50(2.28±0.46)cm, 95%可信区间为(2.07～2.46)cm; 38周为1.50～3.00(2.09±0.35)cm, 95%可信区间为(2.00～2.18)cm; 39周为1.30～3.20(2.15±0.34)cm, 95%可信区间为(2.08～2.23)cm; 40周为1.50～3.50(2.19±0.39)cm, 95%可信区间为(2.06～2.28)cm。结论 云南省男性足月新生儿SPL范围为1.77～2.51cm,不同胎龄和不同出生体质量对阴茎长度无明显影响。95%可信区间(2.09～2.19)cm,可做为云南省男性足月新生儿SPL评价的参考范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the normal range of 95% penis length for male full-term newborns in Yunnan Province, and make the reference range of the stretched penis length(SPL)of male full-term newborns in Yunnan Province. Methods A total of 220 full-term newborns from Kunming, Mengzi, Pu’er, Lincang city, and Xishuangbanna prefecture were selected as the research subjects. Measured penile length without erection, used a ruler to measure the length from the pubic symphysis above the penis to the top of the penis head. The data was entered into SPSS17.0 for descriptive analysis of penile length at each gestational age, and the mean length of penile length for newborns at each gestational age was determined. Results The stretched penis length of full-term newborns in Yunnan Province was 2.14±0.37cm, with 95% confidence interval of(2.09～2.19)cm.37 week of newborns was 1.80～3.50(2.27±0.46)cm, with 95% confidence interval of(2.07～2.46)cm; 38 week was 1.50～3.00(2.09±0.34)cm, with 95% confidence interval of(2.00～2.18)cm; 39 week was 1.30～3.20(2.15±0.34)cm, with 95% confidence interval of(2.08～2.23)cm; 40 week was 1.50～3.50(2.17±0.39)cm, with 95% confidence interval of(2.06～2.28)cm. Conclusions The SPL range of full-term male newborns in Yunnan Province is 1.77～2.51cm, and different gestational ages and birth weight have no significant impact on penis length.95% confidence interval(2.09～2.19)cm can be used as a reference range for the evaluation of SPL in male full-term newborns in Yunnan Province.更多还原
