利用萃取从锂电铜箔行业低浓度废液中回收铜
Copper Recovery from Light Concentration Waste Liquor in Lithium Battery Copper Foil Industry by Extraction Method
【摘要】 针对锂电铜箔生产产生的铜废液回收铜的问题,采用以ZJ988有机物为主要成份的有机试剂萃取铜,考察了原液酸度、有机相组成、相比、混合时间、萃取级数对铜萃取的影响,反萃相比、酸度对铜反萃的影响。结果表明:ZJ988体积分数30%、原液pH=2.5、VO/VA=2∶1、混合时间5 min、1级萃取,铜萃取率为99.54%;用硫酸反萃,硫酸浓度200 g/L、VO/VA=8∶1、混合时间5 min、4级反萃,铜反萃取率为98.76%。扩大试验表明,萃取后铜离子浓度可以达到32 g/L,硫酸浓度为200 g/L,可回用锂电铜箔生产。
【Abstract】 To solve problems in copper recovery from copper waste liquor produced from lithium battery copper foil production,it adopted an organic agent that main component is ZJ988 organic matter for copper extraction, it also investigated the effect of stock solution acidity, organic phase composition, phase ratio, mixing time, extraction progression on copper extraction, the impact of anti-extraction phase ratio, acidity on copper anti-extraction. Results show: When the volume fraction of ZJ988 is 30%, pH of stock solution=2.5, VO/VA =2 ∶ 1, the mixing time is 5 min, level 1 extraction, the extraction rate of copper is 99.54%; Using sulfuric acid for anti-extraction, when sulfuric acid concentration is 200 g/L, VO/VA=8 ∶ 1, the mixing time is 5 min, level 4 anti-extraction, the anti-extraction rate of copper is 98.76%. The expanding test shows, the copper ion concentration can reach 32 g/L after extraction, and the sulfuric acid concentration is 200 g/L, it can be used for lithium battery copper foil production.
