应用化学专业综合化学实验设计的探索——铜纳米线及其透明电极的制备
Comprehensive Experiment Designed for Students of Applied Chemistry: Preparation of Copper Nanowires and Their Transparent Electrodes
【摘要】 为提高应用化学专业本科生的实验技能和创新能力,设计了一个铜纳米线的合成及其透明电极制备的综合化学实验。该实验采用乙二醇回流法合成了铜纳米线,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其形貌和结构进行了表征。铜纳米线合成之后,结合麦勒棒涂布法和甘油蒸汽法制备了透明电极,并测试了其光电性能。另外,介绍了实验过程中的反应机理,包括乙二醇还原反应机理、铜纳米线生长机理、甘油蒸汽还原及焊接等。该设计性实验将无机材料的合成、物理化学电学和光学原理、仪器分析的基本理论知识应用于前沿科学研究,有利于学生巩固和应用理论知识,提升实验操作能力,开拓科学视野,培养科研思维和提高创新能力。
【Abstract】 To improve the experimental innovation ability of undergraduates in Applied Chemistry, a comprehensive chemical experiment for the preparation of copper nanowire-based transparent electrode was designed. In this experiment, the copper nanowires were synthesized by ethylene glycol reflux method, and their morphology and structure were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). After synthetic process, the transparent electrode was prepared by meyer-rod coating method and glycerol vapor method, and its photoelectric properties were tested. In addition, several reaction mechanism during the experiment were introduced, including ethylene glycol reduction reaction mechanism, copper nanowire growth mechanism, glycerol vapor reduction and welding. The designed experiment applies the basic theoretical knowledge of inorganic material synthesis, physicochemical electrical and optical principles and instrumental analysis to frontier scientific research, which is conducive to students to consolidate and apply theoretical knowledge, improve experimental operation ability, expand scientific vision, cultivate scientific research thinking and improve innovation ability.
