【摘要】 以长三角一体化国家战略的实施为准自然实验，在探究政策对高质量发展影响机制的基础上，基于2011—2021年114个城市的样本数据，运用渐进双重差分模型评估了该政策对于高质量发展的影响。研究表明：长三角一体化国家战略总体上显著提高了城市的高质量发展水平，且主要体现在经济层面，部分体现在社会层面；长三角一体化国家战略对高质量发展的影响，在不同规模城市和不同市场一体化程度城市中存在显著差异；长三角一体化国家战略通过降低市场分割和产业同构促进城市的高质量发展；交通运输能力和技术水平在长三角一体化国家战略对城市高质量发展影响中发挥着正向的调节效应作用。长三角一体化国家战略的实施，为生态发展、兼顾小城市利益和政策推广拓展了空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the implementation of the integration national strategy of Yangtze River Delta as a “Quasi-natural experiment”, this paper explores the impact mechanism of policies on high-quality development, and based on the sample data of 114 cities from 2011 to 2021, the paper evaluates the impact of the policy on high-quality development by using progressive difference-in-differences model.Research shows that the integrated national strategy of the Yangtze River Delta has significantly improved the high-quality development of cities in general, which is mainly reflected in the economic aspect and partially reflected in the social aspect.There are significant differences in the impact of the integrated national strategy on high-quality development among cities with different scales and different levels of market integration.The integrated national strategy of the Yangtze River Delta promotes high-quality urban development through reducing market segmentation and industry convergence.Transportation capacity and technological level play positive regulatory roles in the impact of the integrated national strategy of the Yangtze River Delta on the high-quality development of cities.In the process of implementing the integrated national strategy of the Yangtze River Delta, this article provides inspiration for ecological development, balancing the interests of small cities, and policy promotion.更多还原
