【摘要】 放射治疗前,图像引导放射治疗(IGRT)成像可用于验证患者体位、靶区位置及辅助靶区勾画,提高放射治疗的精确性和准确性。因此,X射线容积成像仪(XVI)的性能可直接影响IGRT的成像质量。该研究主要介绍了医院对新安装Elekta AXESSE医用直线加速器配备的XVI进行系统安全特性、几何精度、图像质量、配准和校正精度的验收测试。测试结果显示,Elekta XVI的安全特性、几何精度、图像质量、配准和校正精度均符合厂家及临床要求。因此,医院配置的Elekta XVI可用于高精度放射治疗。

【Abstract】 Before radiotherapy, image-guided radiotherapy(IGRT) imaging can be used to verify patient position, target area location, and assist in target area delineation,improving the accuracy and precision of radiotherapy. The imaging quality of IGRT can be directly affected by the performance of X-ray volumetric imager(XVI). In this study, the acceptance testing results of the system safety characteristics, geometric accuracy, image quality, registration and correction accuracy of the XVI equipped with the newly installed Elekta AXESSE medical linear accelerator in our hospital were mainly introduced. With the satisfactory results obtained in terms of safety characteristics, geometric accuracy, image quality, registration and correction accuracy, Elekta XVI results conformed to the requirements of the manufacturer and clinical practice. Therefore, the Elekta XVI configured by the hospital could be used for high-precision radiotherapy.
