一种便携式膀胱功能康复治疗仪的研制与设计
Design of A Master-Slave Control System for Roaming Electrotherapy Instrument Based on DC Carrier Communication
【摘要】 为了解决膀胱功能障碍患者的康复治疗问题,该研究设计一种基于留置导尿原理的便携式膀胱功能康复治疗仪,以STM32单片机为控制核心,通过压力传感器和称重传感器分别实现对膀胱内压力、尿量的实时测量。为了满足膀胱功能障碍患者对康复治疗功能的不同需求,该便携式膀胱功能康复治疗仪的软件设计包括畅通模式、定时模式、定压模式、定时定压模式、尿潴留模式、分段低压模式控制程序,实现仿生学尿液引流与控制,保留和训练留置导尿后的膀胱功能。实验结果表明,该便携式膀胱功能康复治疗仪控制系统可靠,能够满足不同留置导尿患者对膀胱康复训练的需求。
【Abstract】 To address the urgent issue of rehabilitation treatment for patients with bladder disorders, a portable bladder function rehabilitation device was developed.The device is based on the principle of indwelling catheterization and utilizes the STM32single chip microcomputer as the control core. It enables real-time measurement of bladder pressure and urine volume using pressure and weighing sensors respectively. The software is designed to cater to the specific needs of patients with bladder dysfunction, offering various control modes such as unblocked mode, timed mode, fixed pressure mode, timed fixed pressure mode, urine retention mode, and segmented low pressure mode. These modes facilitate bionic urine drainage, control, and training, thus supporting the retention catheterization process and promoting bladder function. Experimental results demonstrate the reliability of the control system in the portable bladder function rehabilitation device,effectively meeting the requirements of bladder rehabilitation training for patients undergoing different indwelling catheterization procedures.
