【摘要】 近年来，功能性消化不良的发病率逐年上升，而西医药治疗效果不尽人意，且容易反复。中药、针灸虽可见效，但一般治疗周期较长，患者依从性差。穴位埋线作为针灸的衍生治疗，操作简便、费用低廉，治疗本病效果确切，患者接受度高。因此，本文从选穴规律及治疗方法两大方面对近十年穴位埋线治疗功能性消化不良的相关文献进行研读并作一浅述，以期总结前人经验，设计更为合理的试验方案，筛选相对高效的组方配穴，得出穴位埋线治疗本病的最佳方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the incidence of functional dyspepsia has increased year by year, while the effect of western medicine treatment is unsatisfactory and easy to repeat. Although traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can be effective, the general treatment cycle is long and the patients’ dependence is poor. As a derivative treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion, acupoint catgut embedding is easy to operate and low in cost, it is effective in treating this disease and has high patient acceptance. Therefore, this paper studies and briefly describes the relevant literature on acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in the past ten years from the two aspects of acupoint selection rules and treatment methods, in order to summarize the previous experience, design a more reasonable test plan, and screen relatively efficient prescription and acupoint combination, and obtain the best solution for acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of this disease.更多还原
