【摘要】 目的 探究A型肉毒毒素联合光电协同技术对丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者皮肤红斑指数的影响。方法 回顾性分析2021年5月至2024年2月山东大学附属威海市立医院医疗美容科收治的150例丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者临床资料，根据治疗方法的不同分为两组，对照组（n=75）采用光电协同技术治疗，观察组（n=75）采用A型肉毒毒素联合光电协同技术治疗，比较两组皮肤红斑指数、丘疹脓疱、皮肤屏障功能、不良反应。结果 干预后，观察组症状积分、皮肤红斑指数低于对照组，皮肤屏障功能优于对照组，不良反应少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者采取A型肉毒毒素联合光电协同技术干预能够改善患者的症状积分、皮肤屏障并减少不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective TToo i nvestigate the effect of botulinum toxin type A combined with photoelectrochemical ssyynneerrggyy technology on the skin erythema index of patients with papular pustular rosacea. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 150 patients with papular pustular rosacea admitted to the Medical Aesthetics Department of Weihai Municipal Hospital affiliated to Shandong University from May 2021 to February 2024. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups: the control group(n=75) was treated with photoelectric synergistic technology, and the observation group(n=75) was treated with botulinum toxin type A combined with photoelectric synergistic technology. The skin erythema index, papular pustules, skin barrier function, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results AAfftteerr iinntteerrvveennttiioonn,, tthhee ssyymmppttoomm score and skin erythema index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group the skin barrier function was better than that of the control group, and the adverse reactions were less than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(P<0.05). Conclusions The intervention of botulinum toxin type A combined with photoelectronic synergy technology can improve the symptom score, skin barrier, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with papular pustular rosacea.更多还原
