【摘要】 目的 探讨改良Park法重睑术治疗上睑松弛的临床疗效。方法 以2023年1月至2023年12月在郑州缔莱美医疗美容医院就诊的31例上睑松弛患者为研究对象，所有患者均行改良Park法重睑术治疗，分析手术效果和手术并发症发生情况。结果 31例患者中手术效果为完全改善18例，明显改善12例，有改善1例，无效0例，明显改善率为96.77%。术后感染2例(6.45%)、血瘀3例(9.68%)、重睑皱褶过窄2例(6.45%)、重睑线不对称1例(3.23%)。结论 改良Park法重睑术治疗上睑松弛临床疗效较好，且不会造成严重的术后并发症，其临床应用价值较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Park’s double eyelid surgery in the treatment of upper eyelid relaxation.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,31 patients with upper eyelid relaxation in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent modified Park’s double eyelid surgery.The surgical effects and complications were analyzed.Results Effect of 18 cases of 31 cases for operation were completely improved.12 cases were significantly improved,1 case was improved,and no invalidation occurred.The significant improvement rate was 96.77%.Two cases of postoperative infection (6.45%),three cases of blood stasis (9.68%),two cases of narrow fold of double eyelid (6.45%),and one case of asymmetry of double eyelid (3.23%).Conclusions The modified Park’s double eyelid surgery has good clinical effect in the treatment of upper eyelid relaxation,and will not cause serious postoperative complications,which has high clinical application value.更多还原
