【摘要】 目的 分析角度螺丝通道系统基台用于上牙美学修复中的效果。方法 选择2020年12月—2023年12月时间段45例上牙美学修复患者为研究者，均以角度螺丝通道系统基台完成上牙美学修复治疗，分析组织美学效果、牙周健康效果。结果修复后1个月、修复后3个月评分红色美学指数（PES）量表5个不同的维度组织美学效果评分均高于修复前（P <0.05）；修复后1个月、修复后3个月菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)牙周健康指标最终评估分值均低于修复前（P<0.05）。结论 角度螺丝通道系统基台用于上牙美学修复中可提高组织美学效果，改善牙周健康状况，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective TToo a nalyze the effect of angle screw channel system abutment in aesthetic restoration of upper tteeeetthh..Methods AA ttoottaall o f 45 patients with aesthetic restoration of upper teeth from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected aass the researchers, all of whom completed aesthetic restoration treatment of upper teeth using an angle screw channel system abutment.The tissue aesthetic effect and periodontal health effect were analyzed.Results The scores of the Red Aesthetics Index(PES) scale on five different dimensions of tissue aesthetics were higher than before repair at 1 month and 3 months after repair(P<0.05);The final evaluation scores of plaque index(PLI), gingival index(GI), gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI), and periodontal health indicators at 1 month and 3 months after repair were lower than those before repair(P <0.05).Conclusion The use of angle screw channel system abutment in aesthetic restoration of upper teeth can improve tissue aesthetic effects and improve periodontal health, which is worth promoting.更多还原
