【Abstract】 Facial rejuvenation refers to the use of surgical or non-surgical methods to slow down or reverse the signs of facial skin aging,such as wrinkles,laxity,and pigmentation.Facial rejuvenation is of great significance for improving individual confidence and social interaction,and also reflects the pursuit of health and beauty in modern society.With the trend of population aging,the demand for facial rejuvenation is increasing,which has become an important branch of the field of medical cosmetology.Plateletrich plasma(PRP) is a plasma containing high concentration of platelets obtained from fresh whole blood after centrifugation.These platelets can release a variety of growth factors after exogenous or endogenous activation,which plays an important role in promoting cell proliferation,angiogenesis,collagen synthesis and tissue repair.This may lead to better long-term results compared to surgical treatments for facial rejuvenation.This article reviews the current scientific research and clinical practice on the application of PRP in facial rejuvenation,aiming to evaluate its efficacy,safety and comparison with other treatment methods.更多还原
