【摘要】 目的 观察和探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏在治疗毛发移植手术供发区伤口的临床疗效。方法 选取我院美容医学部2019年5月至2021年5月收治的毛发移植患者50例,按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组患者供发区伤口常规覆盖油纱后包扎,观察组给予美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗。观察比较两组患者伤口愈合时间、供发区疼痛程度、瘢痕增生情况临床疗效。结果 观察组伤口愈合时间(4.72±0.94) d,低于对照组伤口愈合时间(6.76±1.51) d(t=-5.75,P<0.01)。观察组患者术后6h、12 h、24 h疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别是(4.04±1.06)分、(3.81±1.36)分、(1.24±0.44)分,均低于对照组(6.24士1.54)分、(4.68士1.18)分、(2.60±0.82)分、(t=-5.90、-3.34、-7.35,P均<0.01)。观察组患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分分别是(7.04±1.14)分、(4.36±1.47)分、(2.28±0.46)分,均低于对照组(8.96±1.54)分、(6.28±1.34)分、(3.48±0.87)分、(t=-5.02、-4.83、-6.09,P均<0.01)。结论 美宝湿润烧伤膏对毛发移植供发区伤口的治疗效果确切,能够有效的缩短伤口愈合时间,减轻术后疼痛,减少术区瘢痕增生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and explore the clinical efficacy of Meibao Moisturizing Burn Cream in the treatment of wounds in the hair transplant donor area.Methods Fifty hair transplant patients admitted to the Department of Cosmetic Medicine of our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25cases in each group.The control group patients received routine oil gauze covering and bandaging of the wound in the supply area,while the observation group received treatment with Meibao Moisturizing Burn Cream.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients in terms of wound healing time,pain level in the supply area,and scar hyperplasia.Results The wound healing time in the observation group(4.72±0.94) days was lower than that in the control group(6.76±1.51) days(t=-5.75,P<0.01).The visual analogue scale(VAS) scores for postoperative pain in the observation group at 6h,12h,and 24h were(4.04 ± 1.06),(3.81 ±1.36),and(1.24±0.44),respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(6.24±1.54),(4.68±1.18),(2.60±0.82),(t=-5.90,-3.34,and-7.35,all P<0.01).The Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS) scores of the observation group were(7.04±1.14),(4.36±1.47),and(2.28± 0.46) at 1 month, 3 months,and 6 months after surgery,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(8.96±1.54),(6.28±1.34),(3.48± 0.87),(t=-5.02,-4.83,and-6.09,all P<0.01).Conclusion Meibao Moisturizing Burn Cream has a definite therapeutic effect on wounds in the hair transplant donor area,which can effectively shorten the wound healing time,reduce postoperative pain,and reduce scar hyperplasia in the surgical area.更多还原
