【Abstract】 Peritoneal dialysis (PD) is one of the kidney replacement therapy for patients with chronic renal failure.How to improve the long-term survival rate and technical survival rate of patients with chronic renal failure is the focus of peritoneal dialysis therapy.With the change of medical model,the self-management ability of PD patients has been paid more and more attention.This paper summarizes the basic concepts and related research theories of self-management,the status quo and influencing factors of self-management,and the current implementation strategies,and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the self-management ability of patients,aiming to provide reference for the management of PD patients.更多还原
