【Abstract】 The digitally empowered prosecutorial investigation can be applied in various scenarios, which is both an innovation and upgrade of early intelligent prosecution, and a reshaping of traditional prosecutorial investigation methods. The digitally empowered prosecutorial investigation is facing problems such as poor data sharing and utilization, insufficient model promotion and reuse, and a shortage of prosecutorial investigation talents. In the future, in terms of concept, we should follow the reform concepts of digital empowerment, humanism, and digital rule of law. In terms of technology, we should follow the steps of data processing, model development, and promotion and reuse to improve the legal supervision model. In terms of mechanism, the modernization of prosecutorial investigation can be achieved through innovative mechanisms for discovering clues in prosecutorial investigation, cultivating talents in prosecutorial investigation, and integrating the functions of prosecution and investigation.更多还原
