虚拟仿真教学在中医药实训课程中的应用
Application of virtual simulation in TCM training courses
【摘要】 目的:探究虚拟仿真教学在中医药实训课程中的应用效果。方法:以中医药实训平台为依托,选取我校参与中医临床技能实训课程和药学GMP实训课程的各120名学生为研究对象,按照专业随机分为4组,即中医实验组、中医对照组、药学实验组和药学对照组各60人。实验组的学生教学模式为虚拟仿真+实训教学,对照组的学生教学模式为传统实训教学。结果:中医实验组考核通过率为91.67%,对照组为75.00%;药学实验组为96.67%,对照组为73.33%。实验组学生在技术操作能力、沟通协调能力、创新思维建立以及自主学习热情等方面优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:将虚拟仿真教学融入中医药实训课程中,可有效提升实训教学效果和技能考核通过率,增加中医药实训教学课程的延展性和前瞻性,也为建立综合一体化的中医药人才培养体系提供参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To Explore the application effect of virtual simulation in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM training courses. Methods Based on the TCM training platform, 120 students participating in the TCM clinical skills training course and pharmaceutical GMP practical training course in our school were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into 4 groups according to their academic majors, namely, the TCM experimental group,the TCM control group, the pharmaceutical experimental group and the pharmaceutical control group, with 60 students each. The teaching mode of the experimental group was virtual simulation + practical training, while the teaching mode of the control group was traditional practical training. Results The examination passing rate was 91.67% in the TCM experimental group and 75.00% in the control group; 96.67% in the pharmaceutical experimental group and 73.33%in the control group. The experimental group was better than the control group in terms of technical operation ability,communication and coordination ability, innovative thinking establishment, and independent learning enthusiasm(P<0.05). Conclusion The integration of virtual simulation into TCM training courses can effectively improve the practical training teaching effect and the examination passing rate of skill assessment, increase the extensibility and foresight of TCM practical training courses, and also provide a reference for establishing a comprehensive and integrated talent training system.
