【摘要】 医院数字化转型是对医院的业务流程、组织架构、医疗及相关服务进行全面、系统变革的过程,它在医疗信息化发展基础上,强化智能化升级,主要包括数字化业务、数字化运营、数字化人才培养与能力提升等内容。医院数字化转型的发展是一个长期、系统的过程,可设定初级、中级、高级阶段的阶梯式发展目标,在初级阶段与信息化建设衔接、夯实智能发展的数据基础,在中高级阶段逐步实现智能化的局部应用到全面智能化,从单体医院智能到社会协同复合智能。医院数字化转型发展的策略包括做好顶层设计和规划、以评价促转型、抓住转型的关键环节、加强数字化人才培养和能力提升、强化自主可控等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hospital digital transformation is a comprehensive and systematic transformation of hospital business processes, organizational structure, medical care and related services. Based on the development of medical information,it strengthens intelligent upgrading, including digital business, digital operation, digital personnel training and capacity building. Hospital digital transformation is a long-term and systematic process with stepwise development goals,including goals of the primary, intermediate, and advanced stages. The development goal in primary stage is connected with IT application, which consolidates the data foundation for intelligent development, and the development goals in intermediate and advanced stages gradually realize comprehensive intelligence from local application, and realize social collaborative integrated intelligence from single hospital’s application. The strategies for the digital transformation of hospitals include good top-level design and planning, promoting transformation by evaluation, seizing the key links of transformation,strengthening digital talents training and capacity enhancement, and strengthening autonomy and controllability.更多还原
