尼龙四面弹织物染色深度的影响因素

【摘要】 为探究染料结构和固色工艺对尼龙四面弹织物染色效果的影响及其机理,选取不同分子质量和结构的酸性蓝MR、酸性枣红BS染料对尼龙四面弹织物进行染色处理。当染料质量分数为4%(omf)时,枣红BS、蓝MR染色织物的K/S值为20.11、16.29,相较于未固色处理织物,染色深度提高了5.10%和18.22%,且移染率低至7.97%和3.27%,各项染色牢度增加0.5~1级,固色剂的添加,可阻止染料解吸,提高染色深度和色牢度。枣红BS中微量的Cr元素,可赋予织物更好的染色深度和色牢度。

【Abstract】 To investigate the influence of dye structure and fixation process on the dyeing effect of nylon foursided elastic fabric, Acid Blue MR and Acid Bordeaux BS dyes with different molecular mass and structures are selected. When the dye concentration is 4%(omf), theK/S values of Acid Bordeaux BS and Blue MR dyed fabrics are 20.11 and 16.29, respectively. Compared with unfixed fabrics, theK/S value is increased by 5.10% and 18.22%, and the migration rate is lower to 7.97% and 3.27%, respectively. The color fastnesses are improved by 0.5-1 level. The protective film formed by the fixing agent can prevent dye desorption, thereby improving theK/S value and color fastness. The trace Cr element in Bordeaux BS serves as a chromophore component, enhancing the K/S value and color fastness of the dyeings.
