【Abstract】 Among Yingxian wooden pagoda cache, there are two pieces of printed Buddhist precept certificates of Liao dynasty. As the earliest extant printed Buddhist precept certificates in China and also the only extant printed precept certificates during the Tang, Liao and Song dynasties, they are important material for studying the early printed precept certificates. Both are bodhisattva precept certificates, with one of them is universal to all monasteries. Connected with those from Dunhuang in time, they make up for the vacancy of Liao Dynasty Buddhist precept certificate. They also have referential value for the study of precept certificates in Song Dynasty, and can help to uncover some mysteries about it. Compared with the Bodhisattva precept certificates in Dunhuang documents, both not only have many similarities in form and content, but also there are also some notable differences.
