混养沙蚕对南美白对虾生长和水质的影响

【摘要】 沙蚕作为底栖多毛类动物的优势类群,在生态修复中有着广泛的应用。为解决南美白对虾在养殖过程中产生的各种问题,通过实验探索不同沙蚕养殖密度对南美白对虾生长状况和水质的影响。实验分成5组(G1~G5),选用(0.22±0.08)g/尾的南美白对虾按250尾/m2投放;在各组中再按0、250、500、750、1 000尾/m~2投放双齿围沙蚕5刚节幼虫,实验周期90 d。综合生长性状及水质检测结果,发现虾蚕混养组的效果优于对虾单养组;在混养组中又以G4组为最优,主要表现在养殖期末对虾平均体重、特定生长率、成活率均最高。因此,可以将G4组的虾蚕混养比例,即250尾/m~2的南美白对虾和750尾/m~2的沙蚕,作为虾蚕混合养殖投放参考。

【Abstract】 As a dominant group of benthic polychaete animals, Nereis is widely used in ecological restoration. To solve various issues arising during the cultivation of Penaeus vannamei, this article explores the effects of different Nereis cultivation densities on the growth status of P. vannamei and water quality. Five groups were set up for the experiment, with(0.22 ± 0.08) g/tail of P. vannamei released at a rate of 250 shrimps per square meter; In addition, 5 rigid stage larvae of the Perinereis aibuhitensis were introduced into each group at a rate of 0, 250, 500, 750, and 1 000 tail per square meter(G1~G5), with an experimental period of 90days. Based on the comprehensive growth characteristics and water quality results, it was found that the outcome of the polyculture of shrimp and Nereis was better than that of the shrimp monoculture group. In the polyculture group, G4 group was the best,with the highest average weight, specific growth rate, and survival rate of shrimps at the end of the breeding period. Therefore, the 250 tail per square meter P. vannamei and 750 tail per square meter P. Nereis from G4 group can be used as reference for mixed farming.
