【摘要】 目的：探讨对糖尿病前期（PD）患者进行耳穴贴压联合生活指导对其糖脂代谢水平的影响。方法：选取2021年3月至2024年3月阳江市人民医院收治的PD患者96例，以随机数字表法分成研究组（n=48）与对照组（n=48）。对对照组仅进行生活指导，对研究组进行耳穴贴压联合生活指导，比较两组的糖脂代谢水平。结果：两组治疗后的空腹血糖（FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（Hb A1c）、餐后2 h血糖（2h PG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）水平降低（P <0.05），且研究组较对照组更低（P <0.05）；两组治疗后的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平升高（P <0.05），且研究组较对照组更高（P <0.05）。结论：对PD患者采用耳穴贴压联合生活指导能够有效改善其糖脂代谢水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of auricular plaster and life guidance on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with prediabetes(PD). Methods: 96 PD patients admitted to Yangjiang People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into a study group(n=48) and a control group(n=48) using a random number table method. The control group was only given life guidance, while the study group was given auricular point sticking combined with life guidance. The blood glucose and lipid metabolism indicators in both groups were compared. Results: After treatment, on the one hand, the fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), triglycerides(TG), and total cholesterol(TC) levels in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05), and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). On the other hand, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) levels were increased(P < 0.05), and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of auricular point sticking with lifestyle guidance can effectively improve glucose and lipid metabolism levels in PD patients.更多还原
