【摘要】 目的：探讨消痔灵在鼻中隔矫正术后利特尔动脉丛（Little）区迟发性再出血中的应用效果。方法：选取2000年6月—2023年5月于延边大学附属延边医院耳鼻咽喉科行鼻中隔矫正术后Little区迟发性再出血的15例患者作为研究对象。这些患者在鼻中隔矫正术后的1个月～6年内Little区反复再出血，将消痔灵原液与2%利多卡因稀释成1∶3浓度的液体1 m L，在鼻内窥镜下注入出血部位周边黏膜内，观察止血效果。结果：15例鼻中隔矫正术后Little区迟发性再出血患者注射低浓度、小剂量的消痔灵后，均获得一次性彻底治愈，且无患者出现鼻中隔穿孔等明显的副作用。结论：针对鼻中隔矫正术后Little区迟发性再出血，鼻内窥镜下于出血点周边黏膜内注射低浓度、小剂量消痔灵可有效止血，且不会引起鼻中隔穿孔等不良反应，安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Xiaozhiling injection on delayed rebleeding in Little area after nasal septum correction. Methods: 15 patients with delayed rebleeding in Little’s area after nasal septum correction at the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from June 2000 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. These patients experienced recurrent bleeding in the Little area within 1 month to 6 years after nasal septum correction surgery. Xiaozhiling liquid was diluted with 2% lidocaine to a concentration of 1:3 in 1 m L and injected into the surrounding mucosa of the bleeding site under nasal endoscopy to observe the hemostatic effect.Results: After low concentration and low dose of Xiaozhiling injection, all the above 15 patients were completely cured at one time, and none of them had obvious side effects such as nasal septum perforation. Conclusion: For delayed rebleeding in the Little area after nasal septum correction surgery, the method of injecting small dose and low concentration of Xiaozhiling into the mucosa around the bleeding site under nasal endoscopy can effectively stop bleeding without causing side effects such as nasal septum perforation,which is safe and effective.更多还原
