【摘要】 目的 探讨前瞻性护理模式在超声支气管镜（EBUS）检查中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年8月至2023年8月在本院接受EBUS检查的140例患者，按照护理方式分为两组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用前瞻性护理。比较两组的不良情绪、生理指标、不良反应、护理质量。结果 护理后，观察组SAS、 SDS评分低于对照组（P <0.05）。护理后，观察组SBP、 DBP、 HR水平低于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组护理管理、工作效率、护理操作评分高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 前瞻性护理模式可提高EBUS检查的护理质量，减轻患者的心理及生理应激反应，降低不良反应发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of prospective nursing mode in endobronscopy ultrasonography(EBUS).Methods 140 EBUS patients in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were divided into two groups according to the nursing mode.The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received prospective nursing on the basis of the control group. The nagative emotions, physiological indicators, adverse reactions and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). After nursing, the SBP, DBP and HR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The scores of nursing management, work efficiency and nursing operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Prospective nursing mode can improve the nursing quality of EBUS, reduce the psychological and physiological stress reaction, and incidence of adverse reactions of patients.更多还原
