【摘要】 目的 探讨放松训练联合叙事护理对血液科造血干细胞移植（HSCT）患者心理状态、希望水平的影响。方法 选择2020年1月至2023年1月于我院血液科行HSCT的82例患者，随机分为两组各41例。对照组采用放松训练，观察组采用放松训练联合叙事护理。比较两组的心理状态[焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）]、希望水平[希望水平量表（HHI）]。结果 干预后，观察组SAS、 SDS评分低于对照组（P <0.05）。干预后，观察组HHI各维度评分高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 放松训练结合叙事护理可有效缓解血液科HSCT患者的心理状态，提升希望水平，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of relaxation training combined with narrative nursing on the psychological state and hope level of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT) in the hematology department. Methods 82 patients undergoing HSCT in the hematology department from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received relaxation training, while the observation group received relaxation training combined with narrative nursing. The psychological state [Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)] and hope level [Hope Hierarchy Index(HHI)] were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, the HHI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Relaxation training combined with narrative nursing for patients undergoing HSCT in the hematology department can effectively alleviate the psychological state and improve the hope level, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
