无人机机载多压级非接触验电装置

【摘要】 针对传统验电方式存在效率低、成本高、人工劳动强度大及人员安全等问题,文中设计了一种无人机机载的多压级非接触式验电装置,可实现35、110、220、500 kV双回输电线路各相验电。在分析非接触验电传感器验电原理的基础上,通过仿真得到无人机悬停高度、水平距离以及传感器安装位置,同时为了解决验电盲区和停电误报警问题,仿真确定不同电压等级线路验电阈值;所完成的验电装置可以实现阈值切换、验电信息无线传输、验电报警等功能。通过对4种电压等级线路现场试验,结果表明线路带电与停电时,验电位置测量值有显著区别,三相停电线路验电时间约为1 min 40 s,验电装置可实现快速准确验电。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, high cost, high manual labor intensity and personnel safety of traditional power checking methods, this paper designed a UAV airborne multi-voltage non-contact power checking device, which can realize the power checking of all phases of 35,110,220 and 500 kV double-back transmission lines.On the basis of analyzing the checking principle of non-contact checking sensor, the hovering height of the UAV,the horizontal distance and the installation position of the sensor through simulation were obtained, and at the same time, in order to solve the problems of power checking blind area and power outage false alarms, the power checking thresholds for lines of different voltage grades were simulated.The power checking device can realize the functions of threshold switching, wireless transmission of power checking information and power test alarm, and so on.Through the four voltage levels of line field test, the results show that when the line is energized and out of power, there is a significant difference in the measured value of the corresponding power checking position.The power test time for a three-phase outage line is about 1 minute and 40 seconds, and the power checking device can realize fast and accurate power checking.
