智能型弯箍机控制系统开发
Development of intelligent bending hoop machine control system
【摘要】 针对传统弯箍机存在的加工精度低、用户定制响应能力弱、远程运维功能缺失等问题,提出利用伺服控制、PLC、人机交互以及云平台等技术设计并开发了一种智能型弯箍机电气控制系统。系统以PLC作为核心控制器,利用三相交流异步电动机完成剪切任务,伺服电机驱动完成送丝和折弯任务;同时,借助4G通信模块,实现了远程加工状态监控、设备远程预测性运维与实时报警等管控功能。系统中通过引入弯曲长度、角度的补偿系数,结合全闭环伺服控制,保证了箍筋成品的加工精度。
【Abstract】 The traditional bending hoop machines have many shortcomings, such as low machining accuracy, weak response ability of meeting the needs of user customization, lack of the functions of remote operation and maintenance. In order to solved these problems, an intelligent bending hoop machine control system had been designed and developed using the technology of servo control, PLC, human-computer interaction control, and cloud platform operation and maintenance. In the electrical control system, PLC was used as the core controller, the three-phase AC asynchronous motor was used to complete the cutting task, and the servo motor was used to drive the mechanical actuator completing the wire feeding and bending tasks. At the same time, the remote management and control functions had been realized based on the 4G wireless communication module, such as monitoring the processing status of the equipment in real time, remote predictive operation and maintenance, and real-time alarm, etc. In this system, the processing accuracy of the finished stirrup was improved by the way of compensation coefficients for bending length and angle, combined with full closed-loop servo control.
