【摘要】 目的:检索并总结老年病人住院期间便秘预防与管理的最佳证据，为老年住院病人便秘的临床管理提供参考。方法:依据“6S”模型检索国内外数据库及专业网站中关于老年人便秘预防和管理的相关证据，包括临床决策、指南、推荐实践、系统评价，检索时限为2012年1月1日—2022年6月30日，由4名研究者进行文献质量评价。结果:共纳入11篇文献，包括指南3篇，系统评价4篇、临床决策3篇、推荐实践1篇，从老年病人便秘的评估与诊断、健康指导、药物干预原则、用药监测、辅助治疗、政策建议6个方面汇总31条证据。结论:基于循证方法获得的老年病人便秘预防管理的31条证据，可作为临床医护工作者提供管理住院老年便秘病人的循证依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To retrieve and summarize the best evidence for the prevention and management of constipation in elderly inpatients during hospitalization, so as to provide a reference for the clinical management of constipation in elderly inpatients.Methods:Based on the "6S" model, relevant evidence on constipation prevention and management of the elderly was retrieved from domestic and foreign databases and professional websites, including clinical decision-making, guidelines, recommended practices, and systematic reviews.The retrieval time was from January 1,2012 to June 30,2022,and the literature quality was evaluated by four researchers.Results:A total of 11 articles were included, including 3 guidelines, 4 systematic reviews, 3 clinical decisions, and 1 recommended practice.A total of 31 pieces of evidence were summarized from 6 aspects, including evaluation and diagnosis of elderly constipation, health guidance, medication management, medication monitoring, adjuvant therapy, and policy recommendations.Conclusion:This study obtains 31 pieces of evidence for the prevention and management of constipation in elderly patients based on evidence-based methods, so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical medical workers to manage hospitalized elderly patients with constipation.更多还原
