【摘要】 中国生态保护补偿可分为政府补偿和市场补偿两大类。政府补偿是中国生态保护补偿的主体，又可以从不同角度进行分类。从补偿资金的流向，可以把政府补偿分为纵向补偿和横向补偿；从补偿对象的性质，可以把政府补偿分为分类补偿和综合补偿。中国生态保护补偿范围不断扩展，补偿力度逐年加大，补偿方式趋于多样，生态保护补偿法治化进程进展迅速。预计中国生态保护补偿资金投入仍将不断增多，地方财政投入补偿资金占比将逐年增高，市场化生态保护补偿创新有更大空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 China eco-compensation has two broad type i.e. government-funded and marketbased eco-compensation. Government-funded eco-compensation dominates the compensation.Government-funded eco-compensation comprises vertical eco-compensation and horizontal ecocompensation in one category, and comprises sector-based eco-compensation and region-based eco-compensation in another category. China’s eco-compensation is ever expanding and growing in investment, areas and types, and legislation is on the fast track. It could be foreseen that ecocompensation will grow larger in investment and areas in general, and local government will catch up to account for a bigger share in the eco-compensation investment. The newly proclaimed Ecocompensation Regulation will promote more innovation in especially market-based eco-compensation in China.更多还原
