【摘要】 类风湿性关节炎(RA)作为一种全身性自身免疫性疾病，其发病原因和机制目前尚不清楚。传统的慢性抗风湿类药物、激素等具有明确的控制炎症达到缓解病情的目的，但仍有部分患者治疗不应答或不耐受。近年来，生物制剂的出现为风湿病开辟了一条充满希望的途径，已有大量文献报道显示其优势。故该文对生物制剂治疗RA的优势和疗效等进行分析综述，为临床选择生物制剂治疗RA提供更多证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA),as a systemic autoimmune disease, its pathogenesis and mechanism are currently unclear.Traditional chronic anti rheumatic drugs, hormones, etc.have a clear goal of controlling inflammation to alleviate the condition, but there are still some patients who are unresponsive or intolerant to treatment.In recent years, the emergence of biological agents has opened up a promising path for rheumatism, and a large number of literature reports have shown its advantages.Therefore, this article analyzed and reviewed the latest relevant literature on the advantages and efficacy of biological agents in treating RA,to provide more evidence for clinical selection of biological agents for treating RA.更多还原
