我国CSSD专科护士培训现状及培训模式研究进展
Research progress on training status and training mode of CSSD specialist nurses in China
【摘要】 该文对国内消毒供应中心(CSSD)专科护士资质认证、培训现状及培训模式进行介绍，并立足于国内现况提出相关建议，为国内建立CSSD专科护士培训体系提供借鉴，为相关部门和CSSD管理者制订相关培训政策提供参考。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the qualification certification, training status and training mode of sterile supply center(CSSD) specialist nurses in China, and put forward relevant suggestions based on the current domestic situation, so as to provide reference for the establishment of CSSD specialist nurse training system in China, and for relevant departments and CSSD managers to formulate relevant training policies.
