【Abstract】 The British Society for Rheumatology(BSR) published “Prescribing drugs in pregnancy and breastfeeding: immunomodulatory anti-rheumatic drugs and corticosteroids” guideline on November 2,2022,the guideline provides the guidance suggestion on prescribing antirheumatic drugs during pregnant period and lactation period, the contents include the safety of antimalarials; corticosteroids; conventional synthetic DMARDs(csDMARDs) and immunosuppressive therapies; biologic DMARDs(bDMARDs);and targeted synthetic DMARDs(tsDMARDs) during pregnant period and lactation period, the recommendations for father medication, and replenish the recommendations for bMDARDs and tsDMARDs in order to provide a basis for the medical staff to use these kinds of drugs.更多还原
