【摘要】 妇科恶性肿瘤维持治疗贯穿患者的全部治疗周期乃至整个生存期，可以按照慢病来进行管理。将叙事医学的相关理论和方法引入妇科恶性肿瘤患者诊治的临床实践中，耐心倾听患者的故事，悉心解答患者的疑问，关注患者的心理，与患者共情，并对自我的医疗行为进行反思，形成叙事素养，推广叙事医疗，增加医患之间的良性沟通，提升患者的依从性，对提高妇科恶性肿瘤患者治疗效果，改善其生存质量有积极影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Maintenance therapy for gynecological malignant tumors runs through the complete treatment cycles and even the entire survival period of the patient,and can be managed according to the chronic disease model.Introducing the relevant theories and methods of narrative medicine into the clinical practice of patients with gynecological malignancies,including patiently listening to the patient’s stories,attentively answering the patient’s questions,paying attention to the patient’s psychology,empathizing with the patients,and reflecting on their medical behaviors.It is conducive to the formation of narrative literacy,the promotion of narrative medicine,the increase of physician-patient communication,and the enhancement of patients’ compliance,which has a positive impact on the improvement of the therapeutic effect and survival quality for patients with gynecological malignant tumors.更多还原
