基于教学审定模式的非师范类新入职教师教学能力培养
Teaching Capability Development for Non-normal Major New Teachers Based on Teaching Accreditation Model
【摘要】 基于当前学校教师培养现状,针对非师范类新入职教师教学能力提高问题,分别从入职后业务能力培训、指导带教组织形式、教学审定工作的实施和新入职教师教学能力自我提升等方面进行研究,提出一套基于教学审定模式的新入职教师业务能力培养的带教机制,对于提高非师范类新入职教师教学能力具有一定参考意义。
【Abstract】 Based on the current status of school teacher training,in order to improve the teaching ability of new nonnormal teachers,this paper focuses on post-entry professional ability training,guidance and teaching organization form,implementation of teaching review work and self-improvement of new teachers’teaching ability.A teaching mechanism is proposed here for cultivating the professional abilities of new teachers based on the teaching approval model,which has certain reference significance for improving the teaching capability of new non-normal teachers.
