【Abstract】 Based on the current status of school teacher training,in order to improve the teaching ability of new nonnormal teachers,this paper focuses on post-entry professional ability training,guidance and teaching organization form,implementation of teaching review work and self-improvement of new teachers’teaching ability.A teaching mechanism is proposed here for cultivating the professional abilities of new teachers based on the teaching approval model,which has certain reference significance for improving the teaching capability of new non-normal teachers.更多还原
